Fractional Ownership Details
- up to 3 units of this vessel representing 33.3% ownership being the full title and control.
- yacht is functional 10 months of the 12 months a year with a two months going into service and maintenance.
- each unit owner (33%) is entitled to three months plus one week a year
- we use an escalating schedule .. meaning in year one you will receive the months of January February and March in the next year April may in June and so forth..
- you may interchange and switch your dates in months with other owners of the vessel as mutually agreed between the two parties.

- monthly ongoing maintenance requirement of $2950 per month
